CLAMS AND THE TRUTH OF NEMO

Went for a snorkel over a giant clam area this week.Nothing crazy,these clams were about 3 foot long,big enough although they do grow up to 2 meters after 12 years.thing is they have many predetors that crawl inside the shell and eat away at their flesh,killing them.
I have heard of some more giant clam areas in places that we plan to travel so i hope i get to stick my arm in a massive clam and lose it.
I also know why westy calls vagina's "bearded clams" now.The resemblence is somewhat disturbing,inside the clam they have two holes in the outer flesh that lead to the inside.One is in the middle shaped like a doot, (an anus) and the other at the bottom that lookls like an soft tender invitiing vagina.Maybe ol westy was a fous skin diver in a previous life and worked on circumcising whales?
Anywoo,hope mum did'nt read that, but i also found more clownfish,but these ones looked like the real Nemo with all the flares and sports pack fitted.
Although it turns out they are not clowns and inquisitive but they are little angry buggers trying to take a piece out of you.These ones where charging the camera and having a real go at it.So yeah they are aggressive buggers,not friendly little cute fish, a bit like my niece Sunny,cute as pie but one flase move and "Beware"

As thought origanally the snorkelling here in the Philippines is spectacular,no divers ticket needed (although that would be amazing also). Nearly all islands have great diving and snorkelling with mass coral and alive oceanlife.The clown fish are my favourite,funny lil buggers,when you dive down to their coral sanctuaries and sit they come right up within 10mm to your face mask and eye you off,its really cool and they are the only fish to do so.Go nemo's.Also have seen many Turtles and sea snakes,purchased an underwater case before i left for 30 bucks (aquamate-check them out) and its been great,well worth it.
These shots were taken at a place called Apo island off Negros Orriental,we stayed for three days in hope of camping and beach bumming,only we lost our pegs,derrrr

Filipina women,Hot,slim asians Yes,look 25 at 40,and all that but hey its a bit much here sometimes.The sex tour seems to be going off here,but not just a tour it seems.
The general thing is a freaky 50 nto 70 year old sweaty fat white american ex-pat with a 18 to 30 year old local hanging off their arm,full on i saw a guy that was seriuosly half fuckin ded,the prick was real old,real skinny and real white with a georgeous 20 year old girl.Either these guys have loads of cash or they are god.Its pretty disturbing some of the couples you see,and it kinda freaks vasia out.Sometimes i just say "yep well done you ol prick,if she can actually look at you naked then good luck to you".But the majority,wrong i tell ya,very wrong. (dont think i need to include a photo,tho it may just happen)

TRANSPORT

The usual forms of transport here are the "jeepney". They are old war jeeps left over from world war 2 which was huge here for the Yanks.These jeeps have now being decorated with all sorts of shining,flashing,jingling,annoying shit.They are pretty cool though and do represent the character truely of the filipino people,Happy.
They run like shit and puff more black smoke than loyang-b.The transport here is an absolute dream considering its still Asia,busses are aplenty,super cheap and you will generally wait no longer than 10 minutes to be picked up on the side of any road.On top of that all the locals are really really helpful on helping you get to where you want to go,all you have to do is know where that is.
Also motorbikes are a good way on some islands,no crashes yet.The best fun i had on one was letting massive firecrackers off behind unsuspecting victims walking on side road, harsh "yes",entertaining "hell Yes" and also what seems to be "accepted", (in a way)
