As thought origanally the snorkelling here in the Philippines is spectacular,no divers ticket needed (although that would be amazing also). Nearly all islands have great diving and snorkelling with mass coral and alive oceanlife.The clown fish are my favourite,funny lil buggers,when you dive down to their coral sanctuaries and sit they come right up within 10mm to your face mask and eye you off,its really cool and they are the only fish to do so.Go nemo's.Also have seen many Turtles and sea snakes,purchased an underwater case before i left for 30 bucks (aquamate-check them out) and its been great,well worth it.
