Well its 2009 just,heading into christmas and i find myself in south east asia travelling free willingly,fancy free and once again barefoot in the philippines.
Its been a week and i ,sorry we (me and vasia) have travelled north along the west coast of Luzon from Clark (just north of manila). We spent four days in San Juan chasing waves but really ended up chilling out in a crafty little surf town a la moncora Peru or Mexico.Eating good food and flopping over an afternoon beer or two.
It feels sooo fuckin good not to be working,not to be stuck in the white lines of an australian highway,not to be paying rent,bills,not to be stuck inside a house night after night.I feel again the freedom and excitement of travel and dream of this forever to be my life.
Anyway am up in the mountains now en route to the rice terraces which are regarded as the eighth wonder of the world.filipino's are super friendly,helpful and its an ease to get around.
