Well it was a quick trip up the coast.
From start i had a friend shuan from sydney, who came down for a vicco easter with me to keep company on route as far as sydney.
Night 1 we spent at my amazing aunties most beautiful property on the doorstep of the murray river,a real hidden treasure.
After a lovely feed and a few drinks it was bed, then wake up and bang it on to sydney,(poofter capital of australia as mick from wolf creek says).
There i stayed with Ali,a lovely fun hot young sydneysider i travelled with in peru. She also put on a great host act with a wonderful seafood bbq, beer and lots of red on her balcony overlloking freshwater beach, thenx mate your a gem.
Next stop, byron bay for some waves, another visit of friends and a think stop to get a plan on where to work and stop.
Spent four days there, the place is still wild, busy and a little, actually a lot annoying.Spent time with the brianna's having fun as usual with them and spent b's 28th also with her.Happy b'day ya old shagger.
Then i made the decision to head for cairns where i heard the work was plentiful along with the sunshine. So bang up,thats when the days driving became long and the highway became lonely.
Four days of highway at 80kms per hour in the best van in the world, yep she still goes anywhere in oz without argument,2500 of the best dollars ive ever spent.
Anyway, hit north queensland to call in on a mystery man unnamed, but here is a hint.He is still the funniest guy i have ever met, good on ya freddo.
Then cairns,
So two weeks later ive driven the entire east coast of oz from bottom to top in search of the unknown.
Thanx to all the lovely people that welcomed me warmly,i love you dearly and feel very special to have you as friends.
Its all just too easy so if you want to travel, well, Just bloody do it.
